๐Ÿ”„ RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (Malaysia & International)

We want you to love your order! If you receive the wrong or defective item, hereโ€™s how returns and exchanges work:


โœ… Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Applicable only if the item is damaged, wrong, or has major defects.

  • Size exchanges may be allowed if stock is available (shipping fees apply).


โŒ Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

  • Items damaged due to customer error (e.g. perfume, stains, tears).

  • Underwear, socks, or personal hygiene-related items.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Instructions (for all customers):

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID, issue description, and photo/video evidence.

  2. Once approved, return the item using a tracked courier.

    • Malaysia customers: Return shipping is borne by customer unless itโ€™s our fault.

    • International customers: Return shipping must be paid by customer for all cases.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue:

    • A replacement item (if stock available), or

    • A store credit/refund (based on situation).
