1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Item received is defective or damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Item significantly differs from product description

All requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo/video evidence of the issue

Once approved, we will provide further instructions.

 

3. Mode of Refund
Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., FPX, debit/credit card, e-wallet).

 

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to size chart before purchase)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

 

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
